Thursday, Feb 8th we are hosting an intimate and educational charcuterie and wine pairing course with our certified chef and our sommelier. We only have 12 spots available for this experience so don’t wait to order your tickets!
Tickets are $50/person and include:
– A 1 hour educational charcuterie building experience led by our certified chef
– 3 wines tasting led by our sommelier
– A custom-made Rising Sun Vineyard wooden charcuterie board that you get to take home ($45 value!)
When the course is finished, you are free to enjoy your creation along with any additional wine purchases, or we can wrap up your crafted charcuterie board if you’d like to take it home to enjoy later.

On November 10th from 6-8pm, Rising Sun Vineyard will be hosting a Line Dance lesson, and trust us, it’s going to be a blast! We’ve got the amazing Allie West as our dance instructor, and she’s simply fabulous. Our first event was such a hit, and we can’t wait to see you all there again. You will be served an elegant 4-course meal by our new certified chef Steve Rowe, new pastry chef Jessica Brooks, and our sommelier Shayna Gonzales. This will be a new special feature dinner by our in-house chefs! This will truly be a memorable evening.

Salad: Roasted Brussel Sprout salad with seasonal fall flavors
Appetizer: Bruschetta – toasted crostini with ricotta cheese, fresh tomatoes, and fresh garden basil drizzled with a house-made balsamic glaze
Main Course: An 8oz Grilled Black Angus Filet served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and pan seared fresh green beans
Dessert: Pumpkin Praline Bread Pudding made in-house by our new pastry chef!
